THANK
YOU
FOR
YOUR
CONSIDERATION!
GRAVITAIR
Co. is
currently building a deployment strategy which best meets the
immediate needs which this amazing technology can afford
solutions for, while protecting the
rights of this intellectual
property.

We are also
constructing a responsible capital strategic action plan
which can best meet the goals of investors and innovators alike.

At this
point we can only describe the capabilities of this technology
on our website and here in the 'About Us' section we would like
to further introduce you to the technology and credentials of
its inventor.

Technology
Brief:

First of all
the technology involves simple physics and not some futuristic
science fiction like solution which would take decades to
implement. That being said, we can envision a deployment of the
technology within two to five years with larger projects being
able to come online within five to ten years.

It is also
reasonable to expect that interest in this technology and its
deployment will grow exponentially, thus fueling a fast track
implementation of this technology, securing of present and
future intellectual property rights and the initial research and
development needs of same.
Note:
The R&D necessary for initial deployment of this technology
is currently projected at being completed within one year at
a cost of less than five million U.S. dollars while the
total commitment sought for R&D investment, site selection
and project negotiations is projected to require a four year
plan at twenty million U.S. dollars. This multi-year R&D
commitment will allow for the program to attract top level
engineers while also allowing for a capitalization strategy
to be implemented and responsibly managed.

The program
will also include creating a sound multi-entity management
firm to handle the many projects which will be spawned from the
implementation of this technology.
Introduction
to the Inventor:

The inventor
of this technology is a graduate of a Masters program with a
major U.S. based Institution of Technology, where he has since
been an instructor of advanced classes. His experience lies in program systems management where
he has actively been involved in the management of multi-billion
dollar programs and the interface of various projects and
concerns between both public and private enterprises with the
federal government.
